Sony Xperia X Compact Android Smartphone was launched in September 2016. It is priced in India at Rs. 31900 ($480.00), running on the Qualcomm MSM8956 Snapdragon 650 processor with Adreno 510 GPU. The phone has 3 GB RAM and 32 GB of internal storage which is expandable using microSD, up to 256 GB (dedicated slot).
The Xperia X Compact has a 4.6 inches HD, 720 x 1280 pixels IPS display with a pixel density of 319 ppi. Coming to cameras, it has a 23 MP rear camera and a 5 MP front camera for selfies. It has a USB Type-C port for data syncing and charging. There is a fingerprint sensor present on the Xperia X Compact as well, along with a accelerometer sensor. It is a dual SIM smartphone with support for 4G LTE, NFC, Wi-Fi, FM Radio, Bluetooth and GPS too.
The Xperia X Compact runs on Android OS, v6.0.1 (Marshmallow), planned upgrade to v7.0 (Nougat) and all this is powered by a 2700 mAh battery. It measures 129 x 65 x 9.5 mm (height x width x thickness) with a total weight of 135 grams including battery.
