Sony Xperia Tablet Z Wi-Fi Android Tablet was launched in February 2013. It is running on the Qualcomm Snapdragon APQ8064 processor with Adreno 320 GPU. The phone has 2 GB RAM and 16/32 GB of internal storage which is expandable using microSD, up to 64 GB.
