Sony Xperia R1 Android Smartphone was launched in October 2017. It is priced in India at Rs. 12990 ($200.00), running on the Qualcomm MSM8937 Snapdragon 430 processor with Adreno 505 GPU. The phone has 2 GB RAM and 16 GB of internal storage which is expandable using microSD, up to 256 GB.
The Xperia R1 has a 5.2 inches HD, 720 x 1280 pixels TFT LCD display with a pixel density of 282 ppi. Coming to cameras, it has a 13 MP rear camera and a 8 MP front camera for selfies. It has a USB Type-C port for data syncing and charging. There is a ambient light sensor present on the Xperia R1 as well, along with a proximity sensor and accelerometer sensor. It is a dual SIM smartphone with support for 4G LTE, Wi-Fi, FM Radio and GPS too.
The Xperia R1 runs on Android 7.1 (Nougat) and all this is powered by a 2620 mAh battery. It measures 146 x 73.2 x 8.9 mm (height x width x thickness) with a total weight of 154 grams including battery.
