The phone has 2 GB RAM and 8 GB / 16 GB (E2333, E2363) of internal storage which is expandable using microSD, up to 32 GB.
The Xperia M4 Aqua Dual has a 5.0 inches HD, 720 x 1280 pixels IPS display with a pixel density of 294 ppi. Coming to cameras, it has a 13 MP rear camera and a 5 MP front camera for selfies.
