Sony Tablet S 3G Android Tablet was launched in August 2011. It is running on the Nvidia Tegra 2 T20 processor with ULP GeForce GPU. The phone has 1 GB RAM and 16/32 GB storage of internal storage which is expandable using SD, up to 32 GB.
The Tablet S 3G has a 9.4 inches WXGA, 800 x 1280 pixels TFT LCD display with a pixel density of 161 ppi. Coming to cameras, it has a 5 MP rear camera and a 0.3 MP front camera for selfies.
