Samsung Google Nexus S Android Smartphone was launched in December 2010. It is running on the Hummingbird processor with PowerVR SGX540 GPU. The phone has 512 MB RAM and 16GB storage of internal storage which is not expandable.
The Google Nexus S has a 4.0 inches WVGA, 480 x 800 pixels Super AMOLED display with a pixel density of 233 ppi. Coming to cameras, it has a 5 MP rear camera and a VGA front camera for selfies. It is a single SIM smartphone with support for 3G, NFC, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and GPS too.
The Google Nexus S runs on Android OS, v2.3 (Gingerbread), v4.1.2 (Jelly Bean), not upgradable to v4.2 (Jelly Bean) and all this is powered by a 1500 mAh battery. It measures 123.9 x 63 x 10.9 mm (height x width x thickness) with a total weight of 129 grams including battery.
