Samsung Galaxy Tab S 10.5 Android Tablet was launched in January 2014. It is running on the Exynos 5 Octa 5420 processor with Mali-T628 MP6 GPU. The phone has 3 GB RAM and 16/32 GB of internal storage which is expandable using microSD, up to 128 GB.
The Galaxy Tab S 10.5 has a 10.5 inches, 1600 x 2560 pixels Super AMOLED display with a pixel density of 288 ppi. Coming to cameras, it has a 8 MP rear camera and a 2.1 MP front camera for selfies.
