Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge Android Smartphone was launched in February 2016. It is priced in India at Rs. 50900 ($748.53), running on the Qualcomm MSM8996 Snapdragon 820/ Exynos 8 Octa 8890 processor with Adreno 530/ Mali-T880 MP12 GPU. The phone has 4 GB RAM and 32 GB of internal storage which is expandable using microSD upto 256GB.
The Galaxy S7 Edge has a 5.5 inches WQHD, 1440 x 2560 pixels Super AMOLED display with a pixel density of 534 ppi. It has Gorilla Glass protection as well. Coming to cameras, it has a 12 MP rear camera and a 5 MP front camera for selfies. It has a microUSB port for data syncing and charging. There is a notification LED present on the Galaxy S7 Edge as well, along with a fingerprint sensor, magnetic field sensor (compass), gyroscope sensor, heart rate sensor, ambient light sensor, proximity sensor and accelerometer sensor. It is a dual SIM smartphone with support for 4G LTE, USB OTG, NFC, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and GPS too.
The Galaxy S7 Edge runs on Android OS, v6.0 (Marshmallow) and all this is powered by a 3600 mAh battery. It measures 150.9 x 72.6 x 7.7 mm (height x width x thickness) with a total weight of 157 grams including battery.
