Samsung Galaxy S7 Android Smartphone was launched in February 2016. It is priced in India at Rs. 43400 ($638.24), running on the Qualcomm MSM8996 Snapdragon 820/ Exynos 8 Octa 8890 processor with Adreno 530/ Mali-T880 MP12 GPU. The phone has 4 GB RAM and 32/64 GB of internal storage which is expandable using microSD, up to 2 TB.
The Galaxy S7 has a 5.1 inches WQHD, 1440 x 2560 pixels Super AMOLED display with a pixel density of 576 ppi. It has Gorilla Glass protection as well. Coming to cameras, it has a Dual 12 MP rear camera and a 5 MP front camera for selfies. It has a microUSB port for data syncing and charging. There is a fingerprint sensor present on the Galaxy S7 as well, along with a magnetic field sensor (compass), gyroscope sensor, heart rate sensor, ambient light sensor and accelerometer sensor. It is a dual SIM smartphone with support for 4G LTE, USB OTG, NFC, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and GPS too.
The Galaxy S7 runs on Android OS, v6.0 (Marshmallow) and all this is powered by a 3000 mAh battery. It measures 142.4 x 69.6 x 7.9 mm (height x width x thickness) with a total weight of 152 grams including battery.
