Samsung Galaxy A5 Android Smartphone was launched in October 2014. It is priced in India at Rs. 18090 ($266.03). The phone has 2 GB RAM and 16 GB of internal storage which is expandable using microSD, up to 64 GB.
The Galaxy A5 has a 5.0 inches HD, 720 x 1280 pixels Super AMOLED display with a pixel density of 294 ppi. Coming to cameras, it has a 13 MP rear camera and a 5 MP front camera for selfies. It has a microUSB port for data syncing and charging. There is a accelerometer sensor present on the Galaxy A5. It is a single SIM smartphone with support for 4G LTE, NFC, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and GPS too.
The Galaxy A5 runs on Android OS, v4.4.2 (KitKat) and all this is powered by a 2300 mAh battery. It measures 139.3 x 69.7 x 6.7 mm (height x width x thickness) with a total weight of 123 grams including battery.
