Oppo Pad 5 Android Tablet was launched in October 2025. It is running on the Mediatek Dimensity 9400+ (3 nm) processor with Immortalis-G925 GPU. The phone has 16 GB RAM and 512 GB of internal storage which is not expandable.
The Oppo Pad 5 has a 12.1 inches, 2120 x 3000 pixels IPS display with a pixel density of 304 ppi. Coming to cameras, it has a 8 MP rear camera and a 8 MP front camera for selfies. It has a USB Type-C port for data syncing and charging. There is a magnetic field sensor (compass) present on the Oppo Pad 5 as well, along with a gyroscope sensor, proximity sensor and accelerometer sensor. It is a single SIM smartphone with support for USB OTG and Wi-Fi too.
The Oppo Pad 5 runs on Android 16 and all this is powered by a 10420 mAh battery. It measures 266.9 x 193.4 x 6 mm (height x width x thickness) with a total weight of 577 grams or 579 grams including battery.
