Motorola RAZR M Android Smartphone was launched in September 2012. It is running on the Qualcomm MSM8960 Snapdragon processor with Adreno 225 GPU. The phone has 1 GB RAM and 8 GB storage of internal storage which is expandable using microSD, up to 32GB.
