Motorola DROID X Android Smartphone was launched in May 2010. It is running on the TI OMAP3630 - 1000 processor with PowerVR SGX530 GPU. The phone has 512 MB RAM and 6.5 GB storage of internal storage which is expandable using microSD, up to 32GB, 16 GB included.
