Motorola DROID RAZR MAXX Android Smartphone was launched in January 2012. It is running on the TI OMAP 4430 processor with PowerVR SGX540 GPU. The phone has 1GB RAM and 16 GB storage of internal storage which is expandable using microSD, up to 32GB, 16GB card included.
