Motorola ATRIX 4G Android Smartphone was launched in January 2011. It is running on the Nvidia Tegra 2 AP20H processor with ULP GeForce GPU. The phone has 1 GB RAM and 16 GB storage of internal storage which is expandable using microSD, up to 32GB.
The Motorola ATRIX 4G has a 4.0 inches qHD, 540 x 960 pixels TFT LCD display with a pixel density of 275 ppi. Coming to cameras, it has a 5 MP rear camera and a VGA front camera for selfies.
