Lava Iris X1 Grand Android Smartphone was launched in January 2015. It is priced in India at Rs. 6299 ($92.63), running on the Mediatek MT6582 processor with Mali-400MP2 GPU. The phone has 1 GB RAM and 8 GB (5.93 GB for mass storage) of internal storage which is expandable using microSD, up to 32 GB.
The Iris X1 Grand has a 5.0 inches FWVGA, 480 x 854 pixels IPS display with a pixel density of 196 ppi. Coming to cameras, it has a 8 MP rear camera and a 2 MP front camera for selfies. It has a microUSB port for data syncing and charging. There is a accelerometer sensor present on the Iris X1 Grand. It is a dual SIM smartphone with support for 3G, USB OTG, Wi-Fi, FM Radio, Bluetooth and GPS too.
The Iris X1 Grand runs on Android OS, v4.4 (KitKat), upgradeable to v5.0 (Lollipop) and all this is powered by a 2200 mAh battery. It measures 144 x 72 x 9.15/9.5 mm (height x width x thickness).
