Karbonn A96 Android Smartphone was launched in November 2014. It is priced in India at Rs. 4690 ($68.97), running on the MTK 6572 processor with Mali-400MP GPU. The phone has 512 MB RAM and 4 GB of internal storage which is expandable using microSD, up to 32 GB.
The Karbonn A96 has a 4.0 inches WVGA, 480 x 800 pixels display with a pixel density of 233 ppi. Coming to cameras, it has a 5 MP rear camera and a VGA front camera for selfies. It has a microUSB port for data syncing and charging. There is a accelerometer sensor present on the Karbonn A96. It is a dual SIM smartphone with support for 3G, Wi-Fi, FM Radio, Bluetooth and GPS too.
The Karbonn A96 runs on Android OS, v4.2.2 (Jelly Bean) and all this is powered by a 1400 mAh battery. It measures 126.8 x 64.4 x 9.9 mm (height x width x thickness) with a total weight of 120 grams including battery.
