HTC Desire Android Smartphone was launched in February 2010. It is running on the Qualcomm QSD8250 Snapdragon processor with Adreno 200 GPU. The phone has 576 MB RAM and internal storage is expandable using microSD, up to 32 GB, 4 GB included.
The HTC Desire has a 3.7 inches WVGA, 480 x 800 pixels AMOLED display with a pixel density of 252 ppi. Coming to cameras, it has a 5 MP rear camera. It has a microUSB port for data syncing and charging. There is a accelerometer sensor present on the HTC Desire. It is a single SIM smartphone with support for 3G, Wi-Fi, FM Radio, Bluetooth and GPS too.
The HTC Desire runs on Android OS, v2.1 (Eclair), upgradable to v2.2 (Froyo) and all this is powered by a 1400 mAh battery. It measures 119 x 60 x 11.9 mm (height x width x thickness) with a total weight of 135 grams including battery.
