HTC Desire 500 Android Smartphone was launched in July 2013. It is running on the Qualcomm MSM8625Q Snapdragon 200 processor with Adreno 203 GPU. The phone has 1 GB RAM and 4 GB of internal storage which is expandable using microSD, up to 64 GB.
The HTC Desire 500 has a 4.3 inches WVGA, 480 x 800 pixels TFT LCD display with a pixel density of 217 ppi. Coming to cameras, it has a 8 MP rear camera and a 1.6 MP front camera for selfies. It has a microUSB port for data syncing and charging. There is a accelerometer sensor present on the HTC Desire 500. It is a dual SIM smartphone with support for 3G, Wi-Fi, FM Radio, Bluetooth and GPS too.
The HTC Desire 500 runs on Android OS, v4.1.2 (Jelly Bean) with HTC Sense, HTC BlinkFeed and all this is powered by a 1800 mAh battery. It measures 131.8 x 66.9 x 9.9 mm (height x width x thickness) with a total weight of 123 grams including battery.
