HTC ChaCha Android Smartphone was launched in February 2011. The phone has 512 MB RAM and 512 MB of internal storage which is expandable using microSD, up to 32 GB, 2 GB included.
The HTC ChaCha has a 2.6 inches, 480 x 320 pixels TFT LCD display with a pixel density of 222 ppi. Coming to cameras, it has a 5 MP rear camera and a VGA front camera for selfies. It has a microUSB port for data syncing and charging. There is a accelerometer sensor present on the HTC ChaCha. It is a single SIM smartphone with support for 3G, Wi-Fi, FM Radio, Bluetooth and GPS too.
The HTC ChaCha runs on Android OS, v2.3 (Gingerbread) and all this is powered by a 1250 mAh battery. It measures 114.4 x 64.6 x 10.7 mm (height x width x thickness) with a total weight of 120 grams including battery.
