Truck containing 22,500 LG G2 phones stolen, don't ask us how!
A truck containing 22,500 LG G2 phones was heading to Sprint, for the carrier's launch of the flagship device on its network. But it seems fate had something else in mind. The truck driver made a pit stop sometime around 6:30 PM in Gary, Indiana for a bathroom break, at a rest stop. Upon returning the driver found the truck missing.
The LG G2 received mixed reviews on launch due to all its buttons being at the back of the smartphone below the camera. A design decision to make the smartphone slimmer and easier to use. State Police and the FBI have been involved in the search. We'll keep you apprised of the developments, and hey, if you suddenly find yourself being sold a LG G2 on your way to the Subway, just walk away.
