SwiftKey for Android now supports 9 more Indian languages, gets Emoji prediction

SwiftKey's new update to version 5.3.2 on Android brings support for 9 more Indian languages including  Bengali, Punjabi, Kannada, Telugu, Malayalam, Assamese, Oriya, Konkani and Manipuri. Back in May, SwiftKey was updated with support for Bodo, Dogri, Kashmiri, Konkani, Maithili, Manipuri, Sanskrit, Santali and Sindhi languages.

Another great addition is Adaptive layout across all these languages which use Devanagari, Tamil or Gujrati scripts, which makes the keyboard more intuitive, and easier to type. The new adaptive layout also brings in contextually aware keys which are based on the input language.

Emoji prediction has also been added with the new update for the following Indian languages Bengali, Punjabi, Kannada, Telugu, Assamese, Oriya, Sinhala and Urdu.
