Samsung Expands One UI 9 Beta Program to Galaxy Z Fold7, Z Flip7 and Galaxy S25 Series
Samsung initially launched the One UI 9 beta program, based on Android 17, for its flagship Galaxy S26 series in May. The company has now confirmed that the beta program will be expanded to additional Galaxy smartphones starting in September.
The next phase of testing will bring One UI 9 beta access to newer foldable devices as well as last-generation flagship models. The eligible smartphones include:
- Galaxy Z Fold7
- Galaxy Z Flip7
- Galaxy S25
- Galaxy S25+
- Galaxy S25 Ultra
- Galaxy S25 FE
The expanded beta program will be rolled out in selected markets, including India, South Korea, the United Kingdom, and the United States.
The One UI 9 beta gives eligible users an opportunity to experience new software features, interface changes, and other improvements before the stable version is officially released. Feedback from beta participants will also help Samsung detect software issues, evaluate performance, and improve overall system stability across different Galaxy devices.
Users with eligible devices in supported regions can enroll in the beta program through the Samsung Members app. After registration, compatible beta builds will be delivered to enrolled devices over the air as they are released.
