If you own a Samsung Galaxy S7 and Galaxy S7 Edge, you may want to check for updates
Samsung has just begun rolling out Android Nougat update for the Galaxy S7 and Galaxy S7 Edge. This update is coming to all users and not just those who opted for the beta program.
The OTA update for beta users weighs in at 214MB but for those on Marshmallow, it would be quite a bit larger. Samsung is rolling out Android 7.0 Nougat based built for both devices with several new additions including UI improvements, improved multi-window support, always-on-display and better performance.
The January security patch has also been added to the OTA update. It will be available for unlocked devices first and later for carrier branded units. We would love to know your experience with the update.
