Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra Surfaced Online with Stacked Battery tech, 65W fast charging

Samsung is working on its upcoming flagship smartphones in the next Galaxy S24 series. Reports suggest that Samsung is currently in the prototyping stage of this technology, focusing primarily on integrating it into the upcoming Galaxy S24 Ultra smartphone. Additionally, there is a possibility that the technology might also be included in the Galaxy S24 Plus model.

According to tipster RGcloudS, there are rumors circulating about the Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra smartphone incorporating cutting-edge 65W fast charging technology. The innovative technology is said to be inspired by the stacked batteries found in electric vehicles (EVs).

However, considering the rise in costs, it is improbable that this technology will be incorporated into all three flagship models in 2023. Samsung is expected to introduce the 65W fast charging feature in the Galaxy S24 Ultra and Galaxy S24 Plus, alongside the advanced battery technology.

In order to tackle overheating concerns, Samsung plans to apply a cooling gel onto the stacked battery. This innovative approach not only enhances battery capacity but also improves device durability by providing shock resistance and minimizing the risk of swelling.

Regarding other specifications, there are indications that the Galaxy S24 Ultra could receive a slight upgrade to its 10x zoom sensor. Additionally, there are possibilities of the Exynos 2400 chips making a return in the Galaxy S24 series.

Samsung is gearing up to unveil its latest foldable smartphones during the Galaxy Unpacked event in Korea on July 26. Alongside the highly anticipated Samsung Galaxy Z Flip5 and Galaxy Z Fold5, the event is set to showcase the new Galaxy Watch 6 and Galaxy Tab S9 series as well.
