Samsung Galaxy J goes official in Taiwan, brings metal-casing, LTE-A and Snapdragon 800

Samsung Galaxy S4's metal-clad, LTE-A equipped, Snapdragon 800 bearing cousin the Galaxy J has been officially launched in Japan. The Galaxy J gets the same 5-inch 1080p Super AMOLED display as the Galaxy S4, running on the quad-core Snapdragon 800 chipset with 3GB RAM and all-metal casing. Adreno 330 powers the graphics of the device, and in terms of imaging it gets a 13MP primary camera. LTE-A connectivity also makes the cut.

It will be available in Taiwan in Coral Pink and Satin White colors for TWD 21,900 or about $740 starting next week. The Galaxy J will be available on all four carriers in Taiwan. Here's the first promo of the Samsung Galaxy J.
