Samsung Galaxy C9 to come with 6GB RAM, Snapdragon 652 and 6-inch Super AMOLED Display

Samsung is ready to fight the spec wars again and unveil its 6GB RAM bearing Galaxy C9 smartphone. According to a recent listing on GFXBench, Samsung's next mid-range Galaxy C9 is going to come with a 6-inch 1080p display running on the powerful Snapdragon 652 octa-core SoC clocked at 2GHz with a whopping 6GB of RAM.

A 16MP camera would adorn the back probably capable of capturing 4K videos alongwith a 16MP front snapper, a first for any Samsung smartphone. The listing shows Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow running on the device, but that may change at launch.

The SM-C900 Galaxy C9 is expected to be China only for now just like the Galaxy C5 and Galaxy C7 smartphones before it. The company has been on a launch spree of late with the Galaxy On5 and On7 2016 series, which are the same as the Galaxy J5 Prime and Galaxy J7 Prime launched in India. Then there's the Galaxy A9 Pro and a new Galaxy On8 smartphone expected to launch soon.
