The new Galaxy A8 Plus packs in a 6-inch Super AMOLED FHD+ (18:9, 1080x2220 Pixels) Infinity display up front with Always-on Display mode. There's 6GB RAM onboard with 64GB internal storage which is expandable up to 256GB with a microSD card.

Coming to the cameras, on the back you get a 16-megapixel f/1.7 camera with Phase Detection AutoFocus (PDAF) and LED Flash. In the front, there are dual cameras. A 16-megapixel main camera with f/1.9 aperture and a secondary 8-megapixel camera to capture depth information.
Connectivity options include dual-SIM 4G VoLTE support, dual-band WiFi ac, NFC, GPS and support for Samsung Pay as well. All this is powered by a 3500 mAh battery which is non-removable. The A8+ runs on the Exynos 7885 octa-core processor with Mali-G71 GPU.
