Samsung Galaxy A57 Appeared on MIIT Listing with 6.6-inch FHD+ 120Hz OLED display, Exynos 1680 SoC, 6.9mm sleek design
Samsung is preparing to launch its new smartphones in the A series, the Samsung Galaxy A57, which has received MIIT certification in China with the model number SM-A5760, revealing its full specifications ahead of its official launch.
The listing confirms a slightly smaller 6.6-inch display and an upgraded Exynos 1680 chipset, replacing the Exynos 1580. This new SoC had already appeared in earlier Geekbench listings. The camera setup remains largely unchanged, and the phone is said to pack a 5,000mAh battery with 45W fast charging support.
In terms of design, the Galaxy A57 will be notably slimmer and lighter than its predecessor. It measures just 6.9mm in thickness compared to the 7.4mm Galaxy A56, and weighs 182g, making it 16 grams lighter. The device is also expected to feature a metal frame paired with a glass back.
