Samsung Galaxy A55 and Galaxy A35 images Surfaced Online Revealing various color options
Samsung is gearing up for the launch of two upcoming mid-range smartphones: the Galaxy A35 and the Galaxy A55. Fresh leaks have surfaced, showcasing clearer images of both devices, along with their color options, courtesy of renowned tipster Evan Blass on X (formerly known as Twitter).
The Galaxy A35 is expected to sport an Infinity-O design screen featuring a punch-hole camera, marking an improvement from the U-shaped notch seen in the previous model. Likewise, the Galaxy A55 will embrace this design trend, complemented by a metal frame for a more premium appearance. Both phones boast slimmer bezels compared to their predecessors.
These smartphones adhere to Samsung's latest 'Key Island' design paradigm and are available in Black, Green, Pink, and White hues. Leaked information implies that they are likely to boast IP67 dust and water resistance ratings, along with Knox security features.
Rumors indicate that both phones will feature a 5,000mAh battery with 25W fast charging capabilities, stereo speakers, and support for Samsung Pay.
According to benchmark leaks, the Galaxy A35 is said to be powered by the Exynos 1380 processor, while the Galaxy A55 is rumored to come equipped with the new Exynos 1480 processor paired with an Xclipse 530 GPU. Users can expect 8GB of RAM, along with options for 128GB or 256GB of storage, expandable via a microSD card slot.
Both phones are expected to feature 50MP primary cameras with Optical Image Stabilization (OIS) and 5MP macro cameras. The Galaxy A35 may include an 8MP ultrawide camera, while the A55 could feature a 12MP ultrawide sensor. On the software front, they are likely to run on Android 14-based One UI 6 out of the box.
Samsung traditionally unveils its Galaxy A series phones in March, suggesting a similar timeline for these releases. Further details are anticipated to emerge in the coming days.
