Samsung Galaxy A54 5G press renders surfaced with 6.4-inch OLED FHD+ 120Hz display, Exynos 1380 SoC

Samsung is working on a mid-range samrtphone the Galaxy A54 5G, which is surfaced in CAD-based renders last month. Now, the press render of the phone has surfaced by leaker Android Headlines that shows the phone in Black, Purple, White, and Greenish Yellow colors, but the official name of the colors should be announced at the launch.

It shows a familiar center punch-hole screen with an AMOLED screen and should have an in-display fingerprint scanner, similar to the predecessor. According to earlier renders, the phone will measure 158.3 x 76.7 x 8.2mm which makes it slightly shorter, but wider than the Galaxy A53.

According to the rumors, the phone will feature a 6.4-inch OLED FHD+ 120Hz display with a new Exynos 1380 processor, since the Galaxy A53 has Exynos 1280 SoC. It shows a triple rear camera and the camera bar has been removed, Samsung will replace the 64MP camera with a 50MP camera. The phone is said to pack at least 6GB of RAM and 128GB of storage, and an 8GB RAM model is also expected.

The phone is expected to be powered by a 5000mAh battery with 25W fast charging. The Samsung Galaxy A54 is expected to be announced in Q1 2023 which is before March. It should also launch in India after the global launch.

According to the latest rumors, the Galaxy A74 might not launch in 2023, so the Galaxy A54 should be the top-end model in the A series. Instead, the Galaxy S22 FE will replace the A74 at the same price point.
