Samsung Galaxy A52s 5G Surfaced Online with 6.5-inch FHD+ 120Hz AMOLED display, Snapdragon 778G SoC
Samsung is working on its latest mid-range 5G smartphone, which is now surfaced on the press images of the Galaxy A52s 5G (SM-A528B) smartphone, and the phone has also get certified by the FCC. As per the images, it will have a similar design as the A52 5G that was launch back in March. It also features a 6.5-inch FHD+ (1080×2400 pixels) Super AMOLED Infinity-O Display with a 120Hz refresh rate display, similar to the A52 5G.
According to the Geekbench listing, the phone will be powered by the latest Snapdragon 778G processor, which is a major upgrade from the Snapdragon 750G in the A52 5G, and come with up to 8GB of RAM and works on One UI 3.1 based Android 11.
It is expected to feature a quad rear camera setup where a 64MP primary camera with Sony IMX682 sensor along with 12MP ultra-wide-angle lens, 5MP macro, and 5MP portrait cameras. On the front side could have a 32MP front camera with a Sony IMX616 sensor. It should come with IP67 water-resistant ratings and feature a hybrid dual SIM slot, the same as the A52. The phone will be powered by the same 4500mAh battery that supports fast charging.
The Samsung Galaxy A52s 5G will be available in Awesome Black, Awesome White, Awesome Mint, and Awesome Purple colors and is expected to launch sometime in early September. There is a rumored price of about 449 Euros (US$ 531 / Rs. 39,410 approx.) for the 8GB RAM with 128GB version. The phone has already been listed on the Samsung Germany support page, so the official announcement will be soon.
