Redmi 9 Prime launched in India starting at Rs. 9999 with 6.53-inch FHD+ display, Helio G80 SoC, up to 128GB Storage
Today, Xiaomi’s Redmi brand launched its latest budget smartphone Redmi 9 Prime in India, as they promise. It has a 6.53-inch Full HD+ LCD water-drop display with textured anti-fingerprint back with Aura 360 design and has a rear-mounted fingerprint scanner. It runs on MediaTek Helio G80 (8nm) processor with 4GB of LPDDR4X RAM, up to 128GB internal storage, and works on MIUI 11 (Upgradable to MIUI 12) based on Android 10.
Coming to the cameras, it has a quad rear camera setup where a 13 MP primary AI camera along with 8 MP 118° ultra-wide-angle lens, 5 MP 4cm macro lens, and last a 2MP depth sensor. On the front side has an 8 MP front-facing camera.
Redmi 9 Prime powered by a massive 5020mAh battery that supports 18W fast charging, but it comes with a 10W charger in the box and comes in Space Blue, Min Green, Sunrise Flare, and Matte Black colors.
