Realme Neo7 will feature 6.78-inch 1.5K 8T LTPO AMOLED display, up to 6000 nits peak brightness
Realme has unveiled new details about its upcoming realme Neo7 smartphone, following earlier revelations about its performance and design. The latest confirmation highlights the phone's 6.78-inch 1.5K AMOLED display, certified with impressive specifications.
The device will feature a custom BOE S2 flat screen with a peak brightness of up to 6000 nits, along with 8T LTPO technology, game HDR support, and a 2600Hz touch sampling rate. The bezels are slim, measuring just 1.49mm. Realme also emphasized the screen's eye protection features, including hardware-level full-brightness DC dimming, TÜV Intelligent Eye Protection Certification 3.0, and high-frequency PWM dimming.
Advanced Durability -
The smartphone incorporates a 'nano velvet gaming protective film', which improves smoothness by 30%, extends the service life by 3.3 times, and enhances hardness by three levels. It also uses crystal armor glass, the same as the flagship models, and has passed rigorous durability tests, including 5,000 steel wool scratches and a 1.5-meter drop test.
Colors Inspired by Space and the Ocean -
After unveiling the Starship Edition inspired by futuristic space design, Realme has announced two additional colors:
- Meteorite Black: A steady, powerful shade that embodies the mysterious energy of space meteorites.
- Submarine: A deep hue inspired by exploring the uncharted depths of the ocean.
Performance and Camera -
Realme previously confirmed the GT performance engine x Dimensity 9300+ for enhanced gaming, a 7700mm² single VC heat dissipation area, and Sky Communication System 2.0. The phone is expected to feature a 50MP + 8MP dual rear camera setup and a 16MP front camera for photography enthusiasts.
