Realme GT Neo6 series listing on Geekbench revealed Snapdragon 7+ Gen 3 and Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 SoCs

Last year, realme unveiled the GT Neo5 smartphone featuring the Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 SoC. Following this, the GT Neo5 SE was introduced a few months later, equipped with the Snapdragon 7+ Gen 2 SoC.

According to information from Leaker Digital Chat Station, the upcoming realme GT Neo6 series will incorporate the Snapdragon 7+ Gen 3 (SM7675) and Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 (SM8635) SoCs. These models are not anticipated to be the first devices to utilize these chips.

Reports suggest that the phones will boast a 1.5K OLED screen, and 100W fast charging, and are expected to start at a price below 1999 yuan (approximately USD 277 / Rs. 23,025).

Recently, the realme RMX3851 appeared in a Geekbench listing, featuring either the Snapdragon SM8635 or Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 SoC, presumed to be the realme GT Neo6. The listing unveiled single-core scores of 1638 and multi-core scores of 3991, alongside 16GB of RAM and Android 14.

The chipset is reported to feature a CPU configuration of 1 x 3.01GHz Cortex-X4 + 4 x 2.61GHz Cortex-A720 + 3x 1.84GHz Cortex-A520, sharing a similar architecture with the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3. However, it is expected to utilize the Adreno 735 GPU.

Similarly, the Snapdragon 7+ Gen 3 (SM7675) is anticipated to adopt a comparable architecture but with distinct clock speeds – 1 x 2.9GHz Cortex-X4 + 4 x 2.61GHz Cortex-A720 + 3x 1.9GHz Cortex-A520 CPU and Adreno 732 GPU.

Rumors suggest that the Qualcomm SM7675 and SM8635 chips will be launched sometime in March 2024, indicating a potential introduction of the realme GT Neo6 series next month.
