Realme C83 5G launching in India on March 7 with 144Hz display, 7000mAh battery
Realme has officially announced the launch of its latest budget smartphone in the C series, the realme C83 5G, set to debut in India on March 7, the successor to last year’s C73 5G.
The company has confirmed that the C83 5G will be powered by a massive 7000mAh battery, claimed to deliver up to six years of dependable performance. It will also support reverse wired charging and bypass charging for improved efficiency and thermal management.
In terms of durability, the phone will feature MIL-STD 810H military-grade shock resistance certification along with an IP64 rating for dust and water resistance. realme has also confirmed a 144Hz refresh rate display, and the device is expected to sport a 6.8-inch HD+ 144Hz LCD panel similar to the one seen on the realme C85 5G.
Design-wise, the C83 5G will carry a familiar vertical camera module housing dual rear cameras. It will be offered in Blooming Purple, inspired by the subtle tones of forget-me-nots with a soft blue-purple blend, and Sprouting Green, reflecting the rich and vibrant shades of fresh new growth.
Following its launch, the realme C83 5G will be available via Flipkart, realme.com, and offline retail stores across India.
