Realme will announce Realme 6i in Maynmar on March 17 with MediaTek Helio G80 SoC, 48MP quad rear cameras, 5000mAh battery.

Realme has confirmed to launch its latest budget segment smartphone Realme 6i in Myanmar on March 17, it’s a successor of the realme 5i that was launch in early this year. 

The company said that this would be the world’s first phone runs on MediaTek Helio G80 processor, which is an upgrade version of MediaTek Helio G70 processor that was introduced last month in the realme C3 phone. It will likely be work on Realme UI based on Android 10 as similar to Realme C3. Here is the Geekbench result of Realme 6i with the Helio G80 processor.

The company also confirmed that the phone will come with a quad rear camera setup where 48 MP primary camera along with an 8 MP ultra-wide sensor, 2 MP macro sensor, and 2 MP depth sensor. On the front side has an 8 MP selfie camera.

The phone has already certified by the FCC certification with the model number RMX2040 that revealing notch display as compare to punch-hole display in the realme 6i. It also revealed by the leaked images that have a rear-mounted fingerprint scanner, 3.5mm audio jack, and a USB Type-C port.

The phone powered by a 5000mAh battery that supports 18W fast charger through USB Type-C port. The phone has some features a dual SIM support, Wi-Fi b/g/n (2.4GHz) and Bluetooth 5.0.

We should know more information about the phone with the price on the official launch day. It will also launch in India soon.
