OPPO F27 5G launched in India starting at Rs.22,999 with 6.67-inch 120Hz OLED display, 32MP front camera, IP64 ratings
OPPO has launched its latest smartphone in the F27 series, the OPPO F27 5G in India, following a series of teasers. The smartphone features a 6.67-inch FHD+ 120Hz flat OLED display with up to 2100 nits peak brightness and the device includes enhanced AGC Dragontrail Star 2 glass for added durability. OPPO’s High-strength Alloy Framework for internal protection. The screen is equipped with OPPO’s Splash Touch technology, ensuring full responsiveness even when wet.
It runs on the Dimensity 6300 processor with 8GB of RAM + up to 8GB of virtual RAM, up to 256GB storage and is based on Android 14 with ColorOS 14. The F27 5G is equipped with a 50MP main rear camera, a 2MP portrait camera, and a 32MP front-facing camera, along with a Halo Light for enhanced photography. The phone offers advanced AI capabilities, including AI Eraser 2.0, AI Smart Image Matting 2.0, and AI Studio.
Additionally, it features an AI Toolbox powered by Google Gemini LLM, which includes tools like AI Writer for content creation, AI Summary for text condensation, and AI Speak for text-to-speech conversion, all accessible via a handy sidebar.
The phone has a slim design, measuring just 7.69mm in Emerald Green and 7.76mm in Amber Orange. It also boasts OPPO’s proprietary Armour Body, earning a 5-star SGS Performance Multi-Scene Protection rating and an IP64 Water and Dust Resistance certification. It is powered by a 5000mAh battery that supports 45W fast charging, capable of fully charging the phone in 71 minutes. A quick 10-minute charge from 1% provides over 7 hours of music playback or 6 hours of talk time.
