OnePlus One Launched in India for Rs. 21999 exclusively on Amazon

OnePlus One has been launched in India for Rs. 21,999 and this is the price for the 64 GB variant available in Sandstone Black color. Apparently the 16 GB variant is not heading to India.

The "Flagship Killer" OnePlus One will be available to customers with India specific invites which have already been distributed by OnePlus and Amazon. The company has tied up with HCL to provice after sales service, and they have also established a local office and team to handle India operations.

If you haven't heard about the One, it features a 5.5-inch full-HD 1080p display powered by a 2.5 GHz Snapdragon 801 quad-core processor with 3 GB RAM and 64 GB inbuilt storage. There's a 13 MP rear camera alongwith a 5 MP front-shooter and a large 3100 mAh battery to keep the lights on.

There has been a tiff between OnePlus and Cyanogen Inc. wrt India operations as the latter has signed an exclusive deal with Micromax to power Yu brand devices. So Cyanogen, by contract won't be updating your One in India, but OnePlus has committed that they will be providing the updates themselves.
