OnePlus gives a name to its own ROM, OxyGenOS, details to follow on Feb 12
OnePlus is clearly moving away from Cyanogen after the dis in India. The maker of the OnePlus One has just formally named their own ROM OxygenOS after receiving thousands on suggestions from fans.
According to OnePlus, OxygenOS too will be customizable, free of bloatware and unnecessary apps or features. OnePlus went back to the drawing board for its ROM as well and there's an alpha version based on Android 5.0 Lollipop already available.
The new OxygenOS ROM will be used in global markets and the company will reveal more details on February 12th.
