OnePlus 13R Launching in India on January 7 with 6,000mAh Battery and Sleek Design

OnePlus announced the global and India launch of its OnePlus 13 series smartphones, scheduled for January 7th, earlier this week. Now, the company has confirmed that the OnePlus 13R will also debut alongside the flagship devices.

The OnePlus 13R will feature a significant upgrade, boasting a 6,000mAh battery compared to the 5,500mAh battery in its predecessor. The phone will be available in two nature-inspired color options: Nebula Noir and Astral Trail.

According to OnePlus, the phone will showcase a slim design with an elegant camera layout based on the golden ratio. It will be equipped with the newly-developed Gorilla Glass 7i on both the front and back, paired with an aluminum frame. At just 8mm thick, the device will feature a finish reminiscent of star trails.

Both OnePlus 13 series models will include versatile triple-camera systems on the rear. Previous leaks have suggested that one of the cameras will feature a 50MP telephoto lens.

The OnePlus 13 series launch event will take place on January 7th at 10:30 AM EST (4:30 PM CET / 9:00 PM IST). As expected, the phones will be available for purchase on Amazon.in, as well as the OnePlus India online store and offline outlets.
