Nokia Lumia 530 Dual-SIM up for pre-order in India running Windows Phone 8.1 right out of the box. Microsoft has partnered with Snapdeal for an exclusive launch in India for the Lumia 530. The phone will be available starting 3rd week of August.
The Lumia 530 Dual-SIM is the successor to the Lumia 520 and Lumia 525. Nokia has performed exceptionally well in the entry-level smartphone segment in India and it wants to continue that trend with the Lumia 530 which is expected to be priced around Rs. 8000. It comes with a 4-inch FWVGA display (with on-screen capacitive buttons), 1.2 GHz quad-core Snapdragon 200 processor, Adreno 302 running Windows Phone 8.1 with 512 MB RAM and 4 GB internal storage which is expandable upto 128 GB.
Connectivity options include 3G with Dual-SIM support, WiFi, Bluetooth 4.0, GPS as well as FM Radio. The Lumia 530 Dual-SIM comes with a 1430 mAh battery. Snapdeal has begun pre-orders for the phone without any price.
