Motorola tweets photo of the Moto X being assembled in the US
Motorola's extremely patriotic ad said that the Moto X will be "Designed by You. Assembled in the USA.", right on Independence Day sparked many a emotions, and the company is carrying the torch forward with a new tweet showing the phone being assembled in a Motorola factory in the US. Google tried to do the same with the Nexus Q, a complete home entertainment and media solution, which didn't see the light of day. Of late many US companies have started tugging at our patriotism to sell their products including Apple, when the company said that the new 2-inch iMac will be assembled in the USA.
Yep. This guy is building exactly what you think he is. Designed by you. Assembled in the USA. pic.twitter.com/U9fhJRDmmM

Nevertheless, the components are being manufactured in China and other parts of the world, only the final assembly is being done in the US. The only question that remains, is this enough? Motorola is planning a comeback with the Moto X and the new Droid Ultra series, but it has lost a foothold in the smartphone race which is now primarily dominated by Samsung and Apple.
Although there is no release date of the Moto X, but Google may give us a glimpse on July 24th where they are expected to release Android 4.3, and what could be the best vehicle to launch it on, than their own smartphone.
