Moto Razr 50 and Razr 2024 series to be launched on June 25th Globally with up to 4-inch pOLED outer display, Dimensity 7300X/Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 SoC

Motorola has begun teasing the launch of its next foldable smartphone in the Razr series in the USA on June 25th, including India. These are expected to be the Razr 50 and Razr 50 Ultra, successors to the Razr 40 series. As with last year, these models are anticipated to debut in the US market as the Razr and Razr+ 2024.

The teaser showcases the phone in black and orange with a metal frame, though additional colors are hinted at. It also features a vegan leather finish on the back.

According to earlier rumors, the Razr 50 will have a larger 3.63″ pOLED outer screen, a 6.9″ FHD+ 120Hz inner pOLED screen, a dual rear camera setup with 50MP and 13MP sensors, and a 13MP front camera. It is expected to be equipped with a new MediaTek Dimensity 7300X 5G SoC, Android 14 OS, 8GB RAM, 256GB storage, a 4200mAh battery, and weigh 188g.

The Razr 50 Ultra is rumored to feature a 4″ pOLED outer screen, a 6.9″ FHD+ 165Hz inner display, and will be powered by the Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 chipset. It is expected to come with 12GB RAM, 256GB storage, dual 50MP rear cameras (wide-angle and 2x telephoto), and a 32MP front camera. Additionally, it is said to include a 4000mAh battery, wireless charging, and IPX8 water resistance.
