Motorola has confirmed that its latest smartphone in the G series, the Moto G77 Power, will launch in India on July 8. It places a strong emphasis on battery life, while also introducing changes to its camera hardware compared to the standard Moto G77, which debuted globally with a 5,200mAh battery.

Based on information revealed through official teasers, the Moto G77 Power focuses on long-lasting battery performance alongside an upgraded display and multimedia experience.
- Battery: A massive 7,000mAh battery is claimed to deliver up to three days of usage on a single charge. The device supports TurboPower fast charging via a USB Type-C port.
- Display: The smartphone features a 6.72-inch Full HD+ display with a 120Hz refresh rate. The panel is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass and includes a centered punch-hole cutout for the selfie camera.
- Cameras: The Moto G77 Power replaces the 108MP primary camera found on the standard model with a 50MP Sony LYTIA 600 sensor. It is paired with an 8MP ultra-wide camera and an LED flash, while a 32MP front-facing camera handles selfies and video calls.
- Audio: Multimedia features include dual stereo speakers with Dolby Atmos support, Hi-Res Audio certification, and a 3.5mm headphone jack.
Design and Software
The moto G77 Power features a premium design with a slightly raised square-shaped camera module on the rear. It will be offered in at least three color options, including pink, blue, and dark grey. The smartphone also carries a military-grade durability rating for improved resistance during everyday use.
On the software front, the device ships with Android 16 out of the box, customized with Motorola's Hello UI. The company has also confirmed that the smartphone will receive the Android 17 update.
