Moto G series phone surfaced with Snapdragon 865 SoC, dual front cameras and "Nio" Desk mode

Motorola President Sergio Buniac at the Qualcomm Tech Summit Digital 2020 event said that the company will bring a Moto G series phone, which will be powered by a Snapdragon 800-series processor for the first time in 2021. It also showed a glimpse of the phone that looks similar to the Moto G 5G Plus which is launch back in July.

In the video, the phone is connected to a Lenovo ThinkVision monitor that supports DisplayPort Alternate Mode for video output over a USB-C cable and a dock connector for Smart TV to playing games, video calling, and more.

   

Now a full front image of the phone has surfaced by leakster @evleaks. The new Motorola desk mode should be announced along with the new Moto G series smartphone with the codenamed “nio”, and the phone is expected to run Android 11 out of the box. Last week, the smartphone surfaced tested for a 105Hz refresh rate display, but it could actually feature a 90Hz screen.

According to the rumors, the phone is expected to come with a 6.7-inch (2520×1080 resolution) Full HD+ 90Hz screen, runs on Snapdragon 865 SoC, 8GB of RAM, 256GB storage, and has a triple rear camera setup where a 64MP primary camera along with 16MP ultrawide camera, and a 2 MP depth sensor, on the front side has dual punch-hole camera a 16MP + 8MP, and a 5000mAh battery with fast charging.
