Xiaomi Mi 10 5G launching in India on May 8 with 6.67-inch FHD+ AMOLED 90Hz display, Snapdragon 865, 108MP Quad Rear Cameras

Update - Xiaomi has finally confirmed to launch its 108MP camera smartphone Mi 10 5G in India at an online event that held on May 8 and the phone will be available on Amazon.in.

Earlier - today, Xiaomi has confirmed to launch its latest flagship smartphone Xiaomi Mi 10 5G in India on March 31 and the launch event will be broadcast online and will be available on Amazon.in. Last year, the phone has launched in China and it has already confirmed the global launch of the phone on March 27.

The company has also announced the launch offers on Mi 10 series where you can pre-order devices from March 31 to April 7. You will also get Axis Bank Credit Cards and an EMI discount of Rs.2,500 and Axis Bank Debit Cards and EMI discount of Rs.2,000.

After hiking the GST on the electronic device in India, Xiaomi India head Manu Kumar Jain recently post on their page where the company is importing the phone because of recent hike GST and depreciating rupee value that will increase the cost as compared to the China price, which started from 3999 yuan (US$ 564 / Rs. 42,385 approx.).

The phone comes with a 6.67-inch Full HD+ curved AMOLED display with a 90Hz refresh rate and 180Hz touch sampling rate, DC dimming and 4096-level screen brightness adjustment. It runs on Snapdragon 865 with 5G support, Snapdragon X55 Modem, up to 12GB of LPDDR5 RAM and works on MIUI 11 based on Android 10.

Coming to the camera, It has a quad rear camera setup where a 108MP primary camera along with 13MP Ultra-wide sensor, 2 MP macro sensor, and 2MP depth sensor. On the front has a 20 MP front-facing camera with HDR support. As compared to the Mi 10 Pro has a 108MP primary camera along with 8 MP telephoto lens, 12 MP portrait lens for 2X optical zoom, and 20 MP ultra-wide camera. 

The Mi 10 comes in Titanium Black, Ice Blue, and Peach Gold colors and is powered by a 4780mAh battery that supports 30W fast charging while the Mi 10 Pro has a 4500mAh battery that supports 50W fast charging, and these phones also support 30W wireless fast charging with 10W wireless reverse charging.
