LG teases new smartphone launch for September 21st
LG has started teasing the launch of a new smartphone scheduled for September 21 on its Facebook page. But its not the flagship device that LG has been working on, but a mid-ranger dubbed LG Class.
Although LG has not confirmed specifications of the upcoming Class device, it is expected to feature a 5.7-inch 1080p display running on the octa-core Snapdragon 615 processor with 2GB RAM. Other rumors point to a 12MP rear and 5MP front-facing camera. There's 8GB internal storage here which would be expandable.
If you have a look at the header image, you can see the rear mounted buttons alongwith the speakerphone next to it. There are a few more devices LG has been working on including the new 5.2-inch Nexus smartphone as well as the next flagship, the LG V10 but they are a few weeks away.
We'll know more on the pricing and availability of the LG Class at the launch.
