Lenovo Vibe X3 launched in India running on Snapdragon 808 priced at Rs. 19999
Lenovo Vibe X3 has been launched in India running on the powerful Snapdragon 808 SoC, also seen on the LG G4 priced at just Rs. 19,999.
The Vibe X3 is the company's current flagship and was announced back in November in China. Apart from the Snapdragon SoC, you have 3GB RAM, 32GB expandable storage with a hybrid dual-SIM slot arrangement running Android 5.1 Lollipop with Vibe UI on top.
The Lenovo Vibe X3 may look a bit familiar, as the K4 Note is build on the same platform. But there's upgrade on every front, right from the metal build to the internals as well as the 21MP rear camera. The rear camera now uses a 21MP Sony IMX 230 sensor which has PDAF (phase-detection Auto-Focus) and is capable of recording 4K videos. This new flagship sensor from Sony can be seen in action on the YU Yutopia as well as the LeEco Le Max.
Coming back to cameras on the Vibe X3, there is an 8MP front-facing camera here too with f/2.2 aperture lens. On the connectivity front you have 4G LTE dual-SIM support, dual-band WiFi, Bluetooth 4.1 LE, GPS, NFC alongwith a 3600 mAh battery with support for fast-charging.
Lenovo has packed a 5.5-inch 1080p IPS display here with Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection which is flanked by two 1.5W stereo speakers. Coupled with Dolby Atmos, Cirrus Logic Wolfson 8218 codec, ES9018K2M DAC and Texas Instruments' OPA1612 amplifier you are sure to get loud and crisp high-fidelity audio. Even with all that bundled in, Lenovo has managed to keep the Vibe X3 pretty svelte weighing in at 173 grams, and 9.3mm in thickness. Moreover, the ANTVR headset that came with the K4 Note, is also compatible with the Vibe X3.
The Lenovo Vibe X3 will come in matte white color only and has been priced at Rs. 19,999 in India. It is going on sale tomorrow on Amazon.in starting tomorrow at 2PM. Just to add, both the Skullcandy Ando headphones and ANT VR headset will be going on sale tomorrow as well alongwith the Vibe X3, priced at Rs. 1299 each.
