Lava Iris 504Q+ with 10MP Sony Exmor RS Sensor, 5-inch HD display launched for Rs. 13990

Lava has just launched the Iris 504Q+ with a 10-megapixel Sony Exmor RS Sensor, 5-inch HD (720x1280 pixels) IPS OGS display protected by Asahi Dragontrail glass protection. It comes equipped with the new 1.3 GHz quad-core MT6582 MediaTek chipset with 1 GB RAM and 8 GB internal storage which is expandable upto 32 GB using a microSD card. Just like its predecessor, the Iris 504Q, it too features gesture and voice controls. Using which you can capture images with your voice and using gestures change tracks, switch between homescreens, tune FM channels and browse gallery.

The major focus here is on the camera which uses a Sony Exmor RS Sensor with a 1.4 µm pixel size and single LED flash. You also have a 2-megapixel front facing camera. The Lava Iris 504Q is just 7.9mm thick and weighs 149 grams. In terms of connectivity you get 3G, Bluetooth, WiFi, Dual-SIM and GPS alongwith FM Radio. Lava's subsidiary brand XOLO recently also launched the Q1010i with a 8 MP camera which too uses a Sony Exmor RS sensor.

The Lava Iris 504Q+ will be available in Grey and Silver colors for Rs. 13990 alongwith a free flip cover with a sleep sensor to make your phone go to sleep when flip is closed and wake it when open.
